  • Half a dropper of valerian root tincture

Once you’ve gathered all your ingredients, mix them. Finally, drink this cocktail before bed to drift into a beautiful and undisturbed slumber.

2. CBD-Infused Cocktail with Mell Vodka

Mixing alcohol with CBD may amplify the effects of CBD. The reason is that alcohol reduces inhibitions and promotes feelings of relaxation. In comparison, CBD tends to reduce anxiety and calms your nerves.

  • A pinch of nutmeg
  • Two tablespoons of maple syrup 

Start by adding the milk and tea bags to a saucepan. Next, put the stove on medium heat and cook until hot. 

However, don’t let the tea come to a boil. If you’re using loose tea powder, strain the tea at this stage.

Otherwise, take the tea bags out. Now, whisk in ginger, nutmeg, CBD, and maple syrup. You can use a milk frother to make this process easier.
