Don’t Be a People Pleaser

Do you feel bad saying no to anyone because you are afraid you might upset them? We have a reality check for you – You cannot make everyone happy!

If you keep working for everyone else’s happiness, when will you work for your own? No, we’re not suggesting you be selfish. But, there’s a limit to being selfless.

The more you give in to others, the likelier they’re to take you for granted. It may not make a difference to anyone, but it will affect you. Being taken for granted can make you feel worthless and irritated by everyone.
